I floot in and out of dreams I have faulse awakening dreams I can think I’m awake and then go back into the same dream or nighymare and monipulat the dream umm I do suffer from RBD-REM dream disorders punching and kicking and jumping out of bed and throwing things umm over active mind I suppose and light sleeping 💤 That’s my sleep on a couple of clonazepam and still I awakens umm so vroom if you keeps awakening through the night then umm try and be carm about it and you can carm your self in cause awakening dreams and change the out come for sure  yep my record is 8 times like awake asleep awake asleep 😴 😜 So made my self a blog for my sleeping 💤 sorry but obviously I dream like a corker and it’s like another invisible disorder that people don’t care 🤷 about
